When So the Child May Live heard from their dear friend Binay Lama that Bhimkhori Health Centre had no electricity because of a malfunctioning battery connecting their solar power, they stepped in to provide a new one.
Reliable and continuous power is essential so that they can store vital vaccines like Covid, Rabies and childhood immunisations in their fridge.
Today the battery was carried up to the health centre and installed.
Vital work can now continue for these wonderful folk in the middle hills.
